Roma Medical Sport. Contract dates Dec 2015. Aug 2016.Research and Development of company products. I Developed a Safety Walking Aid trolley for helping people learn to walk again after losing the use of their legs. I designed 2 seat types for Roma which will move out of the way of the patient as they pull themselves into the trolley. I use Solid works or AutoCAD or I Sketch and I am hands on the tools and machines to build the prototype myself. I Designed the New Detachable Wheel chair handles as shown also.

Hurley Building Services Contract dates August 2014. Sept 2015.
Heating HVAC and water supply using Revit to re-route piping and Hvac. Detail changes of room layouts and door positioning. WC detailing and water pipe services. Gas and water mains entrance into Building and foundations for pipe laying. Using Revit for model changes and Bim updates.

Wire and cable etching. Design of Special purpose machinery involving Laser Technology for Serial number etching onto Cables for the Aviation Industry and Auto Industry. Design and Build of Sheet Metal cabinets for housing the Laser and gearing.

Prysmian Cables Aberdare Contract date Dec 2012 - May 2013
Special Purpose machinery Design, Production line Design, cable stabilization, Projects for more efficiency and Machinery component lifespan for Cable manufacture. Safety Guards made from Sheet Metal or Mesh. Factory Layout, Safety walkways, Factory shop floor Risk assessment and Health and safety. Conveyor systems for transportation of goods around the factory. I redesigned the Pintles employed for Rotating Bobbing's used by this company in existence for 35 years. The new Pintle Design will last years longer due to less Friction. I produced Assembly and Component detail Drawings as well as Boms for all projects.

Product Design and Bom creation of inflatable Rescue Equipment and Aircraft Evacuation Slides and Rescue and lifting equipment. I Invented and developed a Teflon Product for MFC for usage in a ships Buoyancy.

I was responsible for finishing Details on the Architects Drawings with Serial number matching and Component placement from Bills of Materials . Production line efficiency improvement where the Modules are produced on a production line.

Wind Power Management Glyn Neath Contract date May2010 - Feb 2011
Drawing lifting Plans for Turbine Erections and Platform Layout design and Foundation work. Space planning was very important with this job as Lorries arrived with Tube sections of the Towers and Blades. The project was pre planned with Microsoft Project for arrival dates and times of lorries delivering the Towers and head in sections, with workers and staff informed of arrival schedules. Allowing for smooth operation of Crane lifting exercises at assembly stage once I had created the Lifting Space Planning drawings. Mechanical design of function of interiors.
